The Laurels of Heath is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. As an RN at our facility, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents.
**Job Summary:**
- Provide direct nursing care services and health education to long-term care guests.
- Supervise State-Tested Nursing Assistants (STNA) and other team members who provide care for guests.
**Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess the health status of guests and notify physicians of changes in condition.
- Implement new orders promptly and safely administer medications.
- Develop and institute individualized plans of care for each guest.
- Contribute to the assessment process (MDS/CAA's) and participate in interdisciplinary care planning.
**Qualifications:*
- 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting preferred.
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or (RN) licensure in the state.
- CPR certification.
