At The Laurels of Hudsonville, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nursing Home Care Coordinator.
The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to use your nursing skills and become a leader in providing exceptional care to our guests. As a Registered Nurse at The Laurels of Hudsonville, you will plan, coordinate, provide, and manage nursing care, services, and health education to ensure the highest standards of care.
You will supervise the care/services provided by LPNs, CNAs/STNAs, and other team members who care for our guests. You will assess the health of our guests and notify the physician of changes in status; develop a plan of care based on assessment, implementing nursing care.
Select and institute appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize a guest's condition and/or prevent complications. Contribute to guest assessments (MDS/CAA's) and the development of a plan of care.
