We are searching for a serious go-getter with a strong background in the following areas: Customer Service, Scheduling, Administrative Assistant, HR, recruiting, screening and hiring.
JOB DESCRIPTION: The successful candidate will serve as a scheduling liaison between the patients and staff and perform any other duties as assigned. In addition, the candidate will need to perform general reception and clerical duties including registration of employees, maintaining files, data entry, answering telephone and scheduling employees to cases. Maintains and updates schedules, set-up and maintain client files, attends meetings as requested, answers telephone and responds to inquiries in a friendly, upbeat, professional and timely manner. Assist with other assignments as directed.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE The successful candidate must speak English clearly and minimum High school graduate. Must be client focused - Scheduling, Listening, Communication, Organizational skills required. Must be organized, great telephone etiquette and communication skill so Ability to maintain schedules, notes and record so must be computer literate (Computer, Telephone, Copy & Fax machine and office equipment to learn quickly and adapt well to new technologies/change. Must be team-oriented and enjoy being part of a diverse office proactive in gaining professional experience and growth within our company.
SKILL REQUIREMENTS MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Great organization/attention to detail Friendly and timely communication. Quality customer service, eager to learn and take on new opportunities as they arise. COMPENSATION Salary is based on education and experience. Bonus structure in place for all employees.
