The successful candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting and be able to assess the health needs of guests, develop effective care plans, and supervise a team of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)/State-Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs).

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage nursing care services and health education for guests
- Supervise CNAs/STNAs and other team members providing care and services to guests
- Assess guest health status and notify physicians of changes
- Select and institute appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize or prevent complications
- Contribute to guest assessments and plan of care development
