Nurse (LPN) Role at The Laurels of Hudsonville

We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at The Laurels of Hudsonville. As a nurse with our organization, you will work alongside a dedicated team to provide skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation care to our valued guests.

The successful candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting and be able to assess the health needs of guests, develop effective care plans, and supervise a team of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)/State-Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs).

In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping the legacy of exceptional care and service that we strive to deliver every day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage nursing care services and health education for guests
• Supervise CNAs/STNAs and other team members providing care and services to guests
• Assess guest health status and notify physicians of changes
• Select and institute appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize or prevent complications
• Contribute to guest assessments and plan of care development
