Main Responsibilities
- Oversee nursing care provided by RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and other staff members.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote high-quality guest care and staff performance.
- Evaluate and improve nursing practices to ensure the best possible outcomes for our guests.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to assess and address the needs of our guests.
Essential Qualifications
- Hold current state nursing licensure and CPR certification.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills.
- Possess management or supervisor experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing.
