Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care and services to guests
- Develop and implement plans of care based on assessments
- Supervise the care provided by LPNs, CNAs/STNAs, and other team members
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state
- 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting preferred
- CPR certification or acceptable exemption required
