We are seeking a caring and detail-oriented State-Tested Nursing Assistant to join our team at The Laurels of Massillon.
About the Role:
This is a part-time position working midnight shifts. As an STNA, you will work closely with our nursing staff to provide exceptional care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record and maintain accurate information about residents' health status, including vital signs, medications, and other relevant data.
- Provide personal care services, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, while promoting independence and dignity.
- Assist with meals and snacks, ensuring residents receive adequate nutrition and hydration.
- Engage residents in activities and conversations, helping to stimulate their minds and promote social interaction.
Qualifications:
- High school graduate/GED
- STNA certification
