The Dietary Operations Manager at The Laurels of Mt. Pleasant is responsible for developing, maintaining, and implementing menus specific to the guest population. This involves completing diet history/food preference screenings upon guest admission, supervising purchasing in the dietary department, and managing all aspects of kitchen operations including procurement, sanitation, scheduling, training, talent development, and QAPI.
