The Certified Dietary Manager at The Laurels of Mt. Pleasant acts as the connecting agent between the clinical/dietetics team and the kitchen staff.
We are seeking an experienced professional to develop and maintain menus that meet the nutritional needs of our guests.
Responsibilities include supervising purchasing, managing kitchen operations and cooperating with other departments to ensure guests receive diet- and texture-appropriate meals.
Qualifications:
- Certified Dietary Manager Certification or current enrollment in a certification course approved by the Dietary Managers Association.
- ServSafe Certification required within 90 days of employment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
