Job Description
As a Registered Nurse, your primary responsibilities will include supervising the care provided by LPNs, CNAs/STNAs, and other team members, assessing the health of our guests, notifying physicians of changes in status, and promptly implementing new orders.
You will develop a plan of care based on assessment, implementing nursing care and selecting appropriate interventions to stabilize a guest's condition or prevent complications. Your contributions will be valued in guest assessments (MDS/CAA's) and the development of a plan of care.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have a current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state and CPR certification. Experience in a long-term care setting is preferred, but not required.
