Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and provide nursing care to nursing home guests;
- Supervise and delegate tasks to LPNs, STNAs, and other team members;
- Monitor and assess the health of guests, reporting any changes to physicians;
- Develop and implement effective nursing plans to address guests' needs.
