Key Responsibilities
- Establish financial and programmatic goals for the facility and conduct annual evaluations to assess goal achievement.
- Monitor monthly performance and intervene as needed to ensure the facility meets its budget and objectives.
- Recruit, hire and train qualified staff to deliver exceptional care and services.
- Implement company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and quality standards.
- Ensure the highest quality of care is provided at all times.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Proven leadership experience, with at least three years of administration in long-term or sub-acute care facilities.
