As a Personal Injury Case Manager, you will work closely with attorneys, clients, and other stakeholders to manage case files, monitor progress, and facilitate communication.
Responsibilities- Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from inception to resolution.
- Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates and address concerns throughout the case process.
- Gather and organize medical records, bills, and other relevant documentation for each case.
- Assist attorneys in preparing case summaries, demands, and other legal documents as needed.
- Monitor case timelines and deadlines to ensure timely progress and compliance with legal requirements.
- Conduct research on legal issues and keep abreast of changes in personal injury law that may affect cases.
- Liaise with insurance companies, medical providers, and other stakeholders to facilitate case development.
- Equivalent work experience preferred.
- Proven experience in case management or legal support, particularly in personal injury law.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interaction and documentation.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in case file management.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
