Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Compensation Manager to join our team. This role is essential in overseeing the development, implementation, and management of our compensation programs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of compensation strategies, legal compliance, and organizational needs. The Compensation Manager will work closely with various departments to ensure equitable and competitive compensation practices that align with our organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Frequent client contact
- Analysing records and reports
- Assisting clients with medical providers
- Preparing files to submit to demand writers
- Providing quality client service
- Frequent contact with the Workers Compensation Appeals Board
- Well versed knowledge of the EAMS Online Workers Compensation System
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a compensation management role.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail for proofreading documents accurately.
- Familiarity with tribal law regulations is a plus but not mandatory.
- Experience providing executive administrative support in a fast-paced environment is highly desirable.
- Fluent in Spanish or Tagalog
- Manage a large volume of workers compensation pre-lit and/or litigation cases at a time
- Be highly detail oriented
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $125,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
