Job Summary:
The Law Office of Bryan Fagan is growing and we are seeking an experienced and motivated Intake/Sales Representative to join our dynamic Intake team. The ideal candidate will be one of the first points of contact for prospective clients, responsible for evaluating and qualifying leads, and guiding them through the initial, legal intake process. We welcome your excellent customer service skills, solid sales acumen, and your ability to effectively communicate the value of our legal services.
Qualifications:
- Complete high volume and prompt client communication via phone, email, and online channels, in efforts to explain our valuable legal services.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
- Must present a professional appearance to clients, in person and verbal interactions.
- Conduct initial consultations to gather information and determine potential clients' legal needs.
- Schedule appointments with attorneys for qualified leads.
- Meet and or exceed sales goals.
- Computer proficiency with MS Office or Google Suite, and experience with CRM software, preferably HubSpot.
- Handle all administrative task timely and accurately: data entry, prepare and send documents, reporting on lead conversion, etc.
- Maintain strong and concise communication with internal teams regarding leads.
Job Requirements:
2 years of experience handling high volume client and or customer service related matters; preferable in a legal, banking, insurance or other person to person industry.
1 years of proven sales experience selling a needed service to a client or customer.
2 years of proficient computer skills on MS Office and or Google Suite; and CRM databases knowledge.
Must be flexible to work a 40 hour work week, between the hours of 8:30am - 7:30pm. NOTE: you will only work 8 hours a day.
HS Diploma/GED.
- Some college, Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
