We are seeking an IT Support Analyst to join our team! You will help manage our Needles and Filevine legal case management software, RingCentral VOIP system, solve staff technology issues and recommend new solutions. The position requires in-person support from our Houston office.
Responsibilities:
- Assist managing case management software: run reports, train staff, apply updates
- Help manage RingCentral VOIP system
- Understand user requirements and procedures
- Review computer system capabilities and apply updates as needed
- Determine cost, timetable, and compatibility for new systems
- Consult with managers to implement new computer systems
- Provide exceptional customer service in person, via phone and email as appropriate
- Resolve help desk issues including troubleshooting hardware and software issues
Qualification
- 1-3 years previous experience in IT, computer science, AI, or other related fields
- RingCentral VOIP system experience is preferred
- Needles legal case management system is preferred
- Filevine legal case management software is a must
- Legal experience is preferred
- Stable work history
- Ability to evaluate software systems
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
