Key responsibilities include drafting and reviewing estate planning documents; advising clients on estate planning strategies, tax implications, and wealth transfers; providing guidance on probate, trust administration; and maintaining ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and address legal needs.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree and admission to the Massachusetts Bar.
- At least 3 years of estate planning and trust and estate administration experience with significant emphasis on estate and gift tax planning.
- Strong understanding of estate planning, probate, and trust administration.
- Excellent communication, research, and writing skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and client-focused.
