The Law Office of Ricky D. Green, PLLC, specializes in Texas workers’ compensation defense for insurance carriers, school districts, cities, and other entities. We have a small law office in south Austin that has provided defense representation for more than 20 years and is looking to continue providing exceptional legal representation for our clients.
Role Description
This is a part-time or full-time position that can either be hybrid or in-office for a legal administrative assistant located in South Austin. The legal administrative assistant will be responsible for legal document preparation, assisting with administrative tasks, maintaining communication with clients and other parties, organizing files and documentation, and supporting the daily operations of the office.
Job Description and Qualifications
- Proficiency in legal document preparation
- Able to review, organize, and summarize medicals (our practice is heavy on medical records)
- Ability work closely with others in a small office environment
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in using office software and legal research tools is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as a legal assistant or in secretarial studies will be an advantage
