Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and ensure efficient office operations.

Duties

  • Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
  • Assist with receptionist duties including scheduling appointments and managing clients records
  • Support office management by coordinating meetings and maintaining office supplies
  • Utilize Google Suite for various office tasks
  • Conduct proofreading of documents for accuracy
  • Operate phone systems and handle incoming calls
  • Maintain organized files and records
  • Demonstrate strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred
  • Familiarity with office procedures and basic office equipment
  • Proficiency in Google Suite applications
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Strong time management abilities to meet deadlines efficiently
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
