Job Title: Senior Attorney – Personal Injury Litigation

Salary Range: $150,000 – $250,000 per year (dependent on experience)

Position Overview:
Our Client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Attorney to join their Personal Injury Litigation department. In this role, it is your duty to fight for our client's clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Lead trials, depositions, and other legal proceedings.
- Supervise a team of Paralegals and Legal Assistants.
- Represent clients in personal injury matters, delivering compelling arguments and advocacy.
Qualifications:
- Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
- Minimum of four years of experience specializing in personal injury litigation and trial.
- Excellent negotiation, research, and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Experience leading a team of associates and paralegals is preferred.
- Adaptable with meticulous attention to detail.
