We are seeking Legal/Office Assistant/Secretary. The position is Full‐time at our office in Huntington Beach, California.
Responsibilities include:
Client communication, telephone and e‐mail.
Administrative tasks (scanning files, making copies, e‐mail communication, and answering phones).
Preparation of immigration forms.
Specifically Required:
Arabic Speaker
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Word
Exceptional organizational and file management skills
Deadline and detail‐oriented
Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
Self‐motivated and positive attitude
Strong willingness to learn and the ability to interpret and follow instructions quickly and efficiently
Experience working in a law firm is not critical but is a significant plus.
Training is available to a candidate who can demonstrate the skills and ability to perform advanced tasks and a willingness to learn a new practice area.
