Our firm is comprised of a dedicated team of three full-time attorneys, one part-time attorney, and two experienced paralegals, alongside our in-office and remote administrative staff and remote staff in Mexico. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative duties, including office management and client communication.
- Handle phone calls and other communication channels as necessary.
- Organize and maintain legal documentation and client files.
- Support our attorneys and paralegals in research and document drafting.
- Coordinate scheduling, manage calendars, and arrange appointments or meetings as required.
- Assist colleagues with various administrative tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and work is completed efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a paralegal program, community college, business school, or college.
- Reliable access to a car or personal vehicle for commuting and for occasional work-related tasks.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to task management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and adaptability to new technologies and software.
- A positive, eager-to-learn attitude.
