Duties
- Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide general administrative support, such as photocopying, faxing, and filing
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members
- Assist with organizing and coordinating meetings and events
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Requirements
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, experience with Clio preferred
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
- Ability to maintain client confidentiality at all times
