Scott Clark Law is a full-service resource for Residential Multi-housing Property Management law. The Firm primarily practices in the area of landlord-tenant law representing clients in eviction proceedings, creditor bankruptcy proceedings, affordable & subsidized housing proceedings, fair housing defense of property owners & managers, and general civil litigation matters within this scope.

What will you be doing?
- Appearing daily in court virtually, telephonically, and at times in person.
- Accurately draft pleadings and correspondence for clients across various legal issues.
- Communicate with clients regularly via phone, video, email, or other means.
- Conduct legal research at the direction of clients, managing attorneys, or partners.
- Review documents submitted by clients or in support of other attorneys and staff.
What skills will you need?
- Reliable, client-focused, and capable of working independently.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, organization skills, and dependable work ethic.
- Self-motivated and team-oriented, with the ability to work successfully both independently and within a team.
- Ability to balance and address new challenges as they arise and an eagerness to take ownership of a variety of tasks.
- Calm under pressure, keeping a level head through a fast paced environment, and being able to communicate with clients quickly and concisely over phone and email.
What are we looking for?
Required Qualifications:
- J.D. from an ABA accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law within the State of Nevada
- In good standing with the State Bar of Nevada
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of litigation experience making regular court appearances
- 1-2 years of experience in the practice area of landlord-tenant law
- 1-2 years of experience in the practice area of contract law
