OUR CLIENT
Our client is an AmLaw 50 law firm known for its friendly, family-oriented culture in which work-life balance is achievable. The firm has comprehensive volunteerism programs and pro bono efforts that count toward billable requirements and also support associate professional development through paid travel to other offices and cross-market training. They are seeking a Litigation Associate to join the Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice group in their Orlando office.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2-4 years of business litigation experience.
- JD from an ABA-approved law school and must be in good standing and an active member of the Florida Bar.
- Experience conducting and managing written and document discovery.
- Candidate must be a persuasive legal writer and oral advocate and will have substantial experience with complex business litigation matters in state and federal courts.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Base compensation is commensurate with experience/ JD year.
$240,000 - $310,000/year depending on experience
