About Your Role
As a Sales & Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing a portfolio of key accounts within the insurance industry. You will work closely with these clients, providing exceptional customer service and developing strong relationships to drive business growth. This role offers uncapped commissions and significant opportunities for career advancement within a growing organization.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop leads from robust lead platform
- Schedule appointments
- Identify customer's specific needs, and market appropriate products and services
- Establish genuine customer relationships
- Timely follow up with customers, as needed
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
- Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
What The Company Provides You
- $40k - $52k Base Salary (based on experience)
- Signing Bonus
- Uncapped monthly commissions in addition to Base Salary (on average, an additional 12k to 48k per year)

Qualifications
Insurance Sales or Customer Service Representative Experience
- Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses preferred
- Sales experience: Outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing
- Cross sales experience
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals and quotas
- Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening
- Self-motivated
- Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently
- Strong ability to effectively relate to customers and their specific needs
Salary : $40,000 - $52,000
