The Senior Manager, Hotel Marketing Communications, leads the development and execution of strategic marketing communications and content to support the acquisition, engagement, and retention of LHW’s member hotels. This role is pivotal in positioning LHW as the premier partner for independent luxury hotels by delivering compelling communications, innovative platforms, and collaborative strategies that enhance member value. The Senior Manager will also serve as the marketing business partner to the Member Experience team, driving alignment and delivering impactful initiatives that foster hotel engagement and long-term success.

Work Model

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership
- Serve as the marketing business partner to the Member Experience (MX) team, enhancing MX strategy through aligned marketing initiatives.
- Develop and manage the annual roadmap and budget for hotel marketing, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Define and monitor KPIs for hotel marketing initiatives; collaborate with the MX team to establish and track hotel engagement KPIs.
- Lead and mentor one direct report, fostering professional growth and high-performance.
- Content & Materials Development:
- Lead the creation of high-impact marketing content to highlight LHW’s value proposition, including positioning and messaging for membership benefits and services.
- Develop a range of marketing materials, such as white papers, templates, guides, and videos, to support member development and hotel engagement in collaboration with the Design team.
- Craft executive-level communications for member hotels and consult with internal stakeholders on hotel-facing communications.
- Partner with the Brand & Design team to consistently adhere to LHW’s brand identity across all hotel marketing materials.
- Hotel Engagement & Communication Platforms:
- Lead and execute the hotel communications program, ensuring engagement throughout the hotelier lifecycle.
- Develop speaker program for marquee member events, such as Membership Meetings, The Summit, and Annual Convention.
- Partner with Member Experience, Digital Product Development & Information Technology on the product strategy and roadmap for LHW’s digital experiences.
- Measurement and Optimization
- Monitor and analyze the performance of hotel marketing campaigns, providing data-driven insights to refine strategies and maximize ROI.
- Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of communication initiatives and pivot strategies based on member hotel needs.
- Expertise in B2B Marketing Communications: 10 years of marketing experience in B2B lifecycle marketing preferably in the hospitality or travel industry; BA/BS in marketing, Communications or related field.
- Strategic Storytelling: A talent for distilling complex ideas into clear, compelling, and engaging narratives that build trust and drive alignment.
- Project Management Excellence: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering exceptional results on time and within scope.
- Proven experience developing and managing content marketing assets (e.g. video, articles, white papers, testimonials, etc.) and briefing design teams and agencies.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce Experience Cloud and Marketing Cloud experience preferred)

- Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, location and applicable laws.
