The strategic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) plays a key role in aligning the organization's human resources strategy with its business goals in each of our four regions. This position acts as a strategic consultant to employees and people leaders in North America, providing guidance on HR-related issues, driving organizational development, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws. The HRBP is responsible for influencing, coaching, and partnering with all employees in the region to support the company's strategy and employee engagement.
This is a full-time position located in New York City. We offer flexible workplace policies that allow for working remotely 3 days a week and require being in our NYC office 2 days a week (Wednesdays and Thursdays).
Essential Functional / Regional Responsibilities

- Talent Management :
Serve as the primary recruiter for North America while driving talent acquisition strategies, ensuring that the region attracts, retains, and develops top talent (on average 20 positions per year)
Act as a trusted advisor on complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent resolution in alignment with company policies and local laws.
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.
Lead or participate in global and regional HR projects, ensuring successful implementation and alignment with business needs.
Help identify training needs across the region to support employee growth and development.
Help collaborate with regional leaders to assess organizational structure and implement changes that improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Partner with your region's people leaders to understand business challenges and provide strategic HR guidance and solutions.
