Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote literacy education, math skills, physical education, and overall childhood development.
- Create a safe and welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Observe and assess each child's progress, providing early intervention strategies when necessary.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff through effective communication and collaboration.
- Maintain classroom organization and cleanliness to ensure a conducive learning atmosphere.
- Engage children in various activities that support their physical, emotional, and intellectual growth.
- Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall educational experience for students.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of Montessori methods or experience in daycare settings is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of childhood development principles and early intervention strategies.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
