Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Infant teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that encourages children's social, emotional, and cognitive development. The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for implementing engaging lesson plans, managing classroom dynamics, and fostering a positive learning atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration.
• Educate children in various subjects, including basic literacy, numeracy, and physical education.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a safe and supportive environment for all students.
• Provide care for toddlers, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met throughout the day.
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to discuss children's progress and address any concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized classroom that is conducive to learning.
• Incorporate special education strategies as needed to support diverse learners within the classroom.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.

Requirements

• Experience working with infant and toddler children in a daycare or educational setting is essential.
• Strong skills in lesson planning and classroom management.
• Knowledge of special education practices is a plus.
• Ability to teach physical education activities suitable for young children.
