Prepper Teacher (Ages 2.5 - 3 years) - Potty Training Required

Compensation :

16.50 - $18.00 per hour (based on experience)

What Youll Do as a Prepper Teacher :

Potty Training : Guide and assist toddlers as they reach important developmental milestones, including potty training, building independence, and social skills.

Create a Safe and Nurturing Classroom : Ensure your classroom is a positive, welcoming space where toddlers feel safe, supported, and encouraged to explore.

Engage and Inspire Learning : Implement TLEs proprietary curriculum to spark curiosity and foster cognitive, social, and emotional growth.

Build Strong Relationships : Develop meaningful connections with children, parents, and coworkers, and keep families updated on their childs progress through regular communication.

Collaborate : Work alongside a supportive team of educators to make learning fun and engaging for everyone!

What Were Looking For :

A genuine passion for the education and care of children.

At least 1 year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or 6 months of professional teaching experience (required).

An Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education (preferred) or High School diploma / GED (required).

Ability to meet any applicable background screening and state licensing requirements.

Salary : $17 - $18
