Key Responsibilities:
Teacher Support & Development
- Conduct teacher orientations to welcome and onboard new staff.
- Lead team meetings to encourage collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Perform teacher assessments and classroom observations to provide constructive feedback and support.
- Organize training sessions to enhance teaching techniques and classroom management.
- Champion teachers by celebrating their successes and providing coaching when needed.
- Ensure all staff files are up to date and meet licensing and accreditation requirements.
- Assist with licensing inspections and visits, ensuring full compliance.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring classrooms have the necessary supplies.
- Maintain classroom readiness by ensuring learning spaces are well-organized and conducive to learning.
- Help organize graduation ceremonies to celebrate student milestones.
- Help coordinate and oversee emergency drills to ensure staff and children are prepared.
- Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to supporting teachers.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Experience in teacher training, early childhood education, or a related field.
- Knowledge of licensing regulations and classroom compliance standards.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
