Position Overview:
As the Center Director, you will play a key leadership role in managing the day-to-day operations of the center, ensuring high-quality education and care, and fostering a positive and supportive environment for children, parents, and staff. Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of daily center operations, including staff management, curriculum delivery, and facility maintenance.
- Lead and mentor a team of teachers and staff to ensure that all policies, procedures, and state regulations are followed.
- Create and maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for children and families.
- Build strong relationships with parents through regular communication and support.
- Manage budgets, staff schedules, and ensure the center meets performance and financial goals.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to grow enrollment.
- Monitor and evaluate children's progress and ensure educational goals are being met.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal licensing regulations and health and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a leadership role in early childhood education, preferably as a Center Director or Assistant Director.
- Strong knowledge of early childhood development and state licensing requirements.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build a positive culture and foster a high-performing team.
- Passionate about providing a safe and educational environment for children.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Annual Salary: Up to $60,000
- Performance-based Bonus: Up to $5,000 annually
