As a Lead Teacher in our Infant/Toddler Program, you will play a critical role in shaping the educational experience of our youngest learners. You will be responsible for planning and implementing engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans, maintaining a safe and organized classroom environment, and building strong relationships with families. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote cognitive, social and emotional growth.
• Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
• Build strong relationships with families through regular communication and updates on their child's progress.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications and Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience as a lead teacher in a childcare center.
• An Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or related field preferred, or High school diploma/GED required.
• Ability to meet state/local childcare licensing requirements.
