Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough classroom evaluations, providing constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
- Lead the team in executing the TLE curriculum, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
- Cultivate a growth mindset to develop and train staff for future success.
- Listen actively to employee concerns, recommending solutions to resolve issues.
Family Relations:
- Deliver informative tours to prospective families, showcasing the unique aspects of our curriculum and teacher qualifications.
- Maintain regular communication with families regarding student progress.
- Implement strategies to exceed family expectations.
- Develop effective Show and Tell presentations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe environment.
Requirements:
- A minimum of one year of center leadership experience is highly recommended.
- Must possess professional teaching experience working with infants to preschool children.
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is highly desired.
- Strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations is essential.
- CPR and First Aid Certification is highly preferred.
- Must meet state-specific guidelines.
- Lead Teacher Certification is required; Director I or II Certification is highly desired.
