We strive to create a supportive and inclusive environment for young learners. As a Center Director, you will be responsible for leading our team, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations, maintaining compliance with franchise standards and state licensing regulations.
  • Lead, mentor, and support teachers and staff, promoting collaboration and professional growth.
  • Maintain high standards for curriculum implementation, aligning classrooms with TLE's learning philosophy.
  • Build strong relationships with families through regular communication and excellent customer service.
  • Manage enrollment, retention, and family inquiries, optimizing capacity at the center.
  • Oversee financial operations, including tuition billing and budgeting.
  • Ensure a professional and welcoming center environment reflecting TLE's brand and values.
  • Collaborate with the franchise owner and corporate team to drive operational efficiency and excellence.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or Business Management preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in early childhood education or childcare management.
  • Strong leadership skills, ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Familiarity with state licensing regulations and best practices in early childhood education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with families, staff, and stakeholders.
