- Oversee daily operations, maintaining compliance with franchise standards and state licensing regulations.
- Lead, mentor, and support teachers and staff, promoting collaboration and professional growth.
- Maintain high standards for curriculum implementation, aligning classrooms with TLE's learning philosophy.
- Build strong relationships with families through regular communication and excellent customer service.
- Manage enrollment, retention, and family inquiries, optimizing capacity at the center.
- Oversee financial operations, including tuition billing and budgeting.
- Ensure a professional and welcoming center environment reflecting TLE's brand and values.
- Collaborate with the franchise owner and corporate team to drive operational efficiency and excellence.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or Business Management preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in early childhood education or childcare management.
- Strong leadership skills, ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Familiarity with state licensing regulations and best practices in early childhood education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with families, staff, and stakeholders.
