Director of Child Development at The Learning Experience

Main Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive classroom assessments, providing actionable feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
- Lead the team in delivering the TLE curriculum, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
- Develop a growth mindset to cultivate and train staff for future success.
- Actively listen to employee concerns, suggesting solutions to address issues promptly.
Parent Partnership:
- Host engaging tours for prospective families, highlighting the unique features and benefits of our curriculum and teacher expertise.
- Maintain regular communication with families regarding student progress.
- Implement strategies to exceed family expectations.
- Develop effective Show and Tell presentations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe environment.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of one year of center leadership experience is highly recommended.
- Must possess professional teaching experience working with infants to preschool children.
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is highly desired.
- Strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations is essential.
- CPR and First Aid Certification is highly preferred.
- Must meet state-specific guidelines.
- Lead Teacher Certification is required; Director I or II Certification is highly desired.
