We are looking for a skilled Childcare Educator and Transportation Specialist to become a part of our dynamic team at The Learning Experience. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the unique needs and abilities of each child.
- Utilize our after-school van to provide safe and efficient transportation to our center, ensuring the well-being and safety of all children during transit.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a collaborative and inclusive learning environment that encourages socialization, creativity, and intellectual growth.
- Establish and maintain open lines of communication with parents and guardians, keeping them informed about their child's progress, daily activities, and any areas requiring special attention.
- Monitor and report any changes in children's behavior, physical condition, or emotional well-being, taking necessary actions to address these concerns.
