Duties

- Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring a positive learning environment for all students.
- Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians regarding their development.
- Create a safe and welcoming space for children, addressing any concerns related to child welfare.
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to support the overall growth of each child.
- Utilize Montessori methods or other educational frameworks as appropriate to enhance learning experiences.
- Provide care for toddlers, ensuring their needs are met in a compassionate manner.
- Support children with special education needs or those requiring early intervention strategies.
Experience
Candidates should possess experience or knowledge in the following areas:
