- TLG is looking for 2 energetic, compassionate and reliable educators to join our childcare team. Both open positions are for multiple age groups, varying each day by need. Our four-days-per-week flexible schedule makes it easy to still do "life" and work full time! Candidates must have AT LEAST one year childcare experience, or comparable college credits in ECE, as required by the DHHS licensing rule; and enjoy working with all age groups from birth, to five years old. Continuing education opportunities available, childcare discounts for eligible employees offered; and collaborative, professional early childhood environment provided.
