The Learning Kitchen in West Chester, OH is looking for one customer service & administrative coordinator to join our team. We are located on 7659 Cox Lane. Our ideal candidate is friendly, organized, detail oriented, motivated, and engaged.
Employment Type: Part-time (20-30 hours per week)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Responsibilities
Customer Service & Communication
- Answer phone calls and respond to voicemail and text messages
- Check and respond to customer inquiries via email and messages
- Assist with guest reservations and questions
- Handle occasional retail sales
Administrative Support
- Review and process online orders
- Send necessary documents, coupons, and recipes to guests
- Manage monthly printed calendars
Class Readiness & Daily Tasks
- Print guest allergy and Private Event information
- Print class rosters
- Close on-line class registrations
- Ensure wine recommendations and signage are displayed appropriately
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience required
- Excellent phone and in-person communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Strong writing skills for responding to guest emails
- General computer skills (email, spreadsheets, online order processing)
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently
