About Us

The Learning Spot Shop is dedicated to providing high-quality educational resources to help students stay organized and succeed in school. Our homework planners are designed to support students in developing strong time management and study habits. We are seeking a motivated Sales and Marketing Specialist to drive sales through strategic outreach, digital marketing, and partnerships with parents, schools, and educational organizations.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase homework planner purchases.
  • Identify and engage potential customers, including parents, teachers, school districts, and local retailers.
  • Contact school administrators and PTAs to secure bulk orders for student planners.
  • Manage inbound inquiries, follow up with leads, and convert prospects into customers.
  • Represent The Learning Spot Shop at educational events, fairs, and pop-ups to promote planners.

Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage social media campaigns to highlight the benefits of homework planners.
  • Develop engaging content (posts, videos, and ads) to attract parents and schools.
  • Run targeted online ads (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads) to drive sales.
  • Collaborate with influencers, teachers, and education bloggers to boost brand visibility.
  • Track and analyze sales data to refine marketing and outreach strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience in sales, marketing, or business development (education or e-commerce a plus).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to create compelling digital content (familiarity with TikTok trends is a bonus).
  • Experience with digital marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Canva, Mailchimp, etc.).
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
