As a Childcare Center Staff member, you will be instrumental in fostering a nurturing and educational environment for young children. Reporting to the Center Director, your core responsibilities will include classroom management, teaching, and providing quality childcare. Your premium skills in curriculum development and behavior management will enhance the learning experience, while your relevant skills in early childhood education and communication will ensure effective interactions with students and parents. Responsibilities

• Supervise and engage children in daily activities to promote a safe and nurturing environment.
• Implement and adapt lesson plans that support early childhood education and developmental milestones.
• Communicate effectively with parents about children's progress and any concerns.
• Manage classroom behavior and foster positive interactions among students.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance curriculum and educational programs.
• Provide care and support for children with special needs or behavioral challenges.

Qualifications

• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Experience in early childhood education and preschool settings
• Ability to develop and implement engaging curricula
• Knowledge of behavior management and childhood development
• Familiarity with special education and early intervention strategies
• Experience working with diverse student populations and individual learning needs

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
