Responsibilities:
- Assist with tax client management and tax resolution processes.
- Oversee and coordinate administrative tasks related to tax preparation and general office operations.
- Ensure client information is accurately directed to the appropriate preparer.
- Scan or download client-sensitive tax documents from our portal and upload them to Office Tools.
- Follow up with clients to ensure all necessary documents are received.
- Send client queries from preparers and ensure timely responses.
- Update our project manager software with the progress of each client.
- Draft letters to clients and the IRS on behalf of the president.
- Review tax documents and tax resolution documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare and update IRS forms.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Coordinate administrative tasks such as filing and data entry.
- Assist with event planning and coordination.
- Provide support in team management activities.
- Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate with our remote workers, third-party and vendors.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the team.
- Assist with Billing and Invoices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred
- Proven experience as an Accounting Administrator or similar role
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial documents.

- Familiarity with IRS forms and tax resolution procedures is a plus.
