Maintenance Assistant
Job Description:
The Legacy at Boca Raton Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a skilled and hard working candidate to join our Maintenance team. They will maintain all interior and exterior building needs, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, painting and repairs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintains all buildings, common area, and patients living areas
- Assists, promotes, and carries out property maintenance
- Assist and performs functions in the installation and maintenance of roofs, furniture, fences cabinets, shelving, marker boards, tack boards and a variety of other structures and items.
- Prepares and paints walls and woodwork or performs other types of refinish; installs or repairs carpet; performs custodial duties as required
- Communicates general maintenance observation and issues to manager
- Assist with pressure washing of roof, windows and taking care of the outside common areas
