Concierge
PRN
The Concierge PRN is responsible for interacting in a courteous and friendly manner with guests, residents, and team members. Performs clerical duties and answers questions/calls.
- Assists residents with scheduling:
- transportation services
- dining services
- submitting work order requests
- making reservations for various community events
- Answer calls on a multi-line phone system.
- Provides clerical support for administration.
- Monitors emergency response system and fire alarm panel during daytime hours.
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Educational Requirements and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a customer service role; Senior Community preferred.
- Experience with a multi-line phone system.
