Core Responsibilities
LEGO Retail is a fast-paced, energetic team which is focused on building up the LEGO Brand’s own ecosystem, with a sharp focus on ecommerce and audience-first brand building experiences. Working within our branded ecosystem, this role is strongly tied to digital full funnel metrics that support not only the online business, but the wider LEGO Group. Further, with LEGO.com’s unique position as a brand lighthouse, this role will focus on building brand engagement, and ultimately finding innovative ways to deliver incremental visitors and shoppers into the LEGO world – with a keen eye on data and insights.

Core Responsibilities
- Uncover optimization opportunities for upper funnel search marketing, and keeping an integrated view on SEM with organic search input from our team’s SEO leads.
- With the channel lead work to identify and develop new performance driving opportunities for search across global markets
- Ensuring that effective methods are followed and opportunities are being highlighted within the In-house team
- Work with performance marketing channel leads and the digital insights team to ensure clear goals and outcomes for any activity being launched
- Collaborate closely with external media partners eg. Google, Bing or Adobe to ensure campaigns are activated smoothly and to industry standards
- Work with the channel lead to develop and implement effective YouTube strategies within Google Ads across the marketing funnel.
- Manage day to day running of the PPC campaigns in Google & Bing, using Bid management tools to deliver results and report on these findings to partners
- Support the teams junior coordinators and managers to deliver the KPI’s set by the business while launching new products and campaigns

Do you have what it takes?
- Demonstrated mid-level experience in paid search marketing roles
- Experience in search advertising across numerous markets, including non-English languages, with track record for developing both local and global campaigns
- Paid search knowledge including account and keyword strategies, remarketing, metrics and targets, script development or account automation tools, and related products
- Hands-on operational experience in bid management platforms ie. SA360, Skai (formally Kenshoo), Marin but preferably Adobe Advertising Cloud
- Hands-on operational experience of search technology platforms, eg. Google and Bing ads
- Good knowledge of analytics, with experience of creating audience segments, pushing these to execution, campaign optimization, and evaluation. ie. Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
- Strong presentation skills and confident communicator
- Can work independently, but collaboratively
- Experience working with global & local campaigns and an understanding of working with language localization preferred
- Experience working agency side or with a brand on search marketing, focusing on important metrics including on site engagement.
- Strong budgeting skills, with a skill for categorizing spends across key campaign activities and planned outcomes
- An excellent teammate and problem solver who collaborates effectively with both junior and senior team members
- Understanding of dashboarding technologies eg. Tableu, Datarama, Data Studio, omniscope etc. preferred
- Fluency in English required; French, Spanish or other languages, a plus!
- The salary for this position has a range of $81,600 - $122,400 USD based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
- This position will initially be based at 10 St. James Ave. in Boston, before moving to a new office location at 1001 Boylston St by mid-2025. Our hiring teams will discuss this with you during the interview stages.
