- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic options
- Provide recommendations on beverage selection based on guest preferences
- Upsell additional items or specials to enhance the guest experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage service area
- Handle cash transactions and operate a POS system
- Adhere to all food handling and safety guidelines
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Assist with food preparation as needed
```Requirements```
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Knowledge of different types of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and beers
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Basic math skills for calculating bills and making change
- Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations (e.g., ServSafe certification)
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
