Position Overview
As Project Manager/Estimator for our Chicago office, this candidate should have working experience with Industrial, Commercial and Residential construction of both new construction and building renovations. You will be responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation to completion. You will work closely with clients & team members to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will be responsible for negotiating pricing with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers as needed, as well as preparing submittals, RFI’s, change orders, and project cost review as each project requires. This position works closely with upper management as you will be analyzing the status of each project. As project manager you will be responsible for maintaining project compliance.
Qualifications:
The candidate should have at least 5 years of experience preferred. The candidate should also be experienced with OnCenter Software, including OnScreen Takeoff and QuickBid estimating as well as proficiency with MS Office.
