Our client is fast growing and has a portfolio in Texas, Florida and Arizona, about 15,000 units of Class A / B new construction.
About the Position :
Looking for a solid Financial Analyst for our client in Houston. This position supports leadership in FP&A across the company and includes building, maintaining and refining financial forecasts, budgets and other necessary reports. The successful candidate will have 5 years of Finance experience preferably in Multifamily, but Commercial is acceptable. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree but prefer Masters and must be advanced in Excel. Investment banking experience is a plus.
